Ngima has been running his trekking company out of Kathmandu since the mid-90s. He specializes in treks and adventure travel in Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan. His work in the travel industry has enabled him to visit many countries across the world, including the United States, England, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Austria, and The Netherlands. In addition to being a successful travel entrepreneur, Ngima has initiated and implemented several charitable projects in his village, including founding 2 schools, a Tibetan monastery, and a hospital. Ngima was born in Kharikola, a village on the classic trail to Everest, and now lives with his wife and 2 sons in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Pasang Sherpa grew up near the village of Pangom in Solukhumbu District in Nepal. Inspired by her family's tradition of guiding mountaineers and trekkers, she began her career leading expeditions across the Everest, Annapurna, and Langtang regions. With more than a decade’s experience, Mingma has become renowned for her ability to create safe, meaningful, and culturally rich journeys throughout Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet. In addition to guiding, Mingma actively supports women's empowerment and rural education through local training programs. She’s helped establish community libraries and advocates for sustainable trekking practices in her home region.
